- History of medullary thyroid cancer
- History of gallbladder disease
- History of pancreatitis
- Also, avoid if you are pregnant or breastfeeding
- Multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN2)
- Have had serious allergic reactions to semaglutide/Tirzepatide, its components, or other GLP-1s
Additionally, those planning to become pregnant should also avoid these medications.

Medication weight Loss Eligibility
Adults with a body mass index (BMI) of 30 or higher or a BMI of 27 or higher with at least one weight-related health condition, such as type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, or high cholesterol, may qualify for weight loss injection treatment. These injections cannot be prescribed without a consultation by a medical professional. All orders are approved and prescribed by our licensed medical clinician.

Individuals who may not be eligible for this treatment include those with:
- BMI under 27
- Eating disorders
- Gallbladder disease
- Drug or alcohol abuse
- Recent bariatric surgery
