Dr. Chinyere Nebo, Founder, CEO and Clinical Director of SameCare Health Services is a doctoral prepared Family Nurse Practitioner, a board-certified HIV specialist and a PrEP/PEP Champion. She has ten years of Experience in Primary Care, (Conducting comprehensive Annual Physical exams, Pre-employment assessment, Managing acute and chronic Diseases like hypertension, Obesity, Diabetes, high Cholesterol, Vaccines, Medication refill and many more). As a HIV specialist, she Diagnoses and manages HIV/AIDS. In her capacity as a PrEP champion, Dr. Nebo offers PrEP/PEP for HIV prevention.

Dr. Nebo has previously worked at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Queens, New York City, where she provided exceptional primary care services to teens and adults. She completed physical assessments, diagnosed and treated both chronic and acute diseases; updated patients’ vaccines, and referred them to specialty care as needed. She was the lead provider also for this FQHC’s HIV and PrEP/PEP services.

Nebo, as an Infectious Disease DNP, works with the renowned infectious Disease team at Jamaica Hospital in Jamaica New York participating in diagnosing and treating all kinds of infectious diseases.
